Inagural Cohort
2024 marks a decade for the WIML Cohort ministry and our inaugural year of WIML Español. The first year of WIML Español is dedicated to building a framework and leadership team. The goal is a bilingual group this year and a fully Spanish-speaking WIML Cohort next year.

WIML Español Director
Bilingual Model | What to Expect!
Coaching | Your coach and triad partner are Spanish-speaking. Your coach experience will be in Spanish.
Community Groups | Your community group is all in Spanish.
Mentors | We have three Spanish-speaking mentors. They also speak English, so your session can be in Spanish or English. Of course, you are welcome to meet with any of our mentors.
Presbytery (@ Summit) | We have secured a prophetic team to minister to you in Spanish.
Zoom Calls | Except for your Community Group, the Zoom call is in English.
Special Events | We have multiple special events on our calendar. They are all in English.
Summit | While at the Summit, you will be “hanging” with your Community group and can speak Spanish freely within your group. The sessions will be in English, but some of our speakers are Spanish-speaking and will be sure to make it fun! We will also enjoy some worship moments in Spanish.
