OUR STORY: Joe and I married at a very young age—I was 16, and he was 22. We started our family at ages 18 and 24. As first-generation believers, we did not know what we did not know. It is truly nothing but God's powerful and beautiful presence in our lives that led us to where we are now. We credit all to Christ!

I was only 18 when our first child, Aaron, was born (1974). Two years later (1976), our daughter, Kelly, was born and died on the same day. Kelly lived about five hours. She is buried in Yakima, WA. Two years later (1978), our beautiful Carrie came into our lives. And, in yet another two years (1980), the Lord blessed our home with Scott. Our three children gave us the greatest joy in our ten grandchildren.

We have been married for 52 years at the time of writing this blog post; in fact, today, August 5, 2024, is our anniversary! Our children and their amazing spouses all serve Christ. Our ten grandchildren all love the Lord!

There is so much I could say about our family, but I offer this thought about the Ingegneri/Foster clan: “We are strong in our love for Christ and one another!”
