FOCUS: Leading in Your Gift

Dr. Marion Ingegneri will explain the connection between the three categories of biblical gifts. You will learn how the gifts given to the church are designed to empower and equip the church fully for God's mission. Dr. Richard Casteel will focus on the prophetic aspect of biblical gifts and highlight what you might expect at the Summit regarding the prophetic presbytery. Your community group conversation will focus on your Romans 12 gift. As such, we request that you complete the Romans 12 assessment before this session.

FEATURED SPEAKER:

Dr. Richard Casteel has partnered with the WIML Cohort since 2018. His wife, Becky, serves as one of our missional coaches. With decades of proven experience in prophetic ministry, Dr. Richard provides an understanding of how prophetic ministry works. Richard serves as the Lead for our "Prophetic Presbytery" team. Richard will address the function and flow of the prophetic as it pertains to the Summit.

Richard served for 35 years as the senior pastor of Grace Chapel Scottsdale Foursquare Church. In January 2022, Richard and Becky entered a new season of life and ministry with great joy and anticipation. They serve as Emissaries to Central and South America on the FMI (Foursquare Missions International) team. Richard grew up in Cuba and Mexico and provides an influential voice within Spanish-speaking communities.

Richard and Becky have been married since June 16, 1973. They have three adult children (Andrew, Matthew, and Olivia) and two daughters-in-love (Kari and Megan.) Their family also includes 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
