Dr. Jerry Dirmann is the primary presenter of the WIML video series produced by Dr. Marion Ingegneri. The video series is currently used as part of the polity course for leaders seeking Foursquare credentials. While he will be speaking on the topic of leadership formation, taking time to view the WIML video series is a worthy venture. 

Dr. Jerry Dirmann is The Rock's founder and Senior Pastor, based in Anaheim, California. He and his wife, Kimberly, launched Solid Lives in answer to the many ways the Lord was leading them to resource, strengthen, and encourage the Body of Christ at large. Solid Lives is committed to raising up leaders, disciplers, and pastors.

Jerry is known as the author of Operation Solid Lives (or OSL, as it’s more informally known), providing intense and life-changing discipleship that over 10,000 students have taken at his home church. This doesn’t account for the many nations and churches now offering these discipleship classes and OSLonline.com, which sees thousands start their discipleship journey each year.

Jerry is known for teaching the Word. His book, God Swears, is available online. It is a significant work on the topic of biblical covenant.

Since 2019, Jerry’s ministry and passion have focused on disciple-making movements and helping equip everyone to be Great Commission believers. Calling everyone to “BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY,” Jerry launched the BFAM Strategy to help each individual—or ministry—engage in reaching and discipling their communities.

Jerry has served in various ministries over the past 30 years, including being the National Youth Director for The Foursquare Church. Jerry and Kimberly are bold, anointed teachers of the Word who touch hearts with their transparency and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
