WHAT TO EXPECT IN A MENTORING APOINTMENT WITH MAGGIE

Schedule a one-hour mentoring appointment with Maggie to discuss your Romans 12 Gift Assessment. Please have your assessment and your scores with you at the time of the appointment.

From birth, God placed gifts within you specifically designed to excite and energize you for the continuation of your life, ministry, and growing fruitfulness. During your appointment you can expect to understand the nature and characteristics of your gifts and gain greater insights into why you think as you do, what you are drawn to, and even the reasons behind certain preferences. 

Maggie knows from a lifetime of experience and application the value of the Romans 12 Gifts and she and her husband have emphasized it in every one of their ministry assignments. They have also seen first-hand how understanding the relational value of the Romans 12 Gifts has set people free in their marriage, helped them understand their children, and how it has been critical in hiring staff and placing volunteers for the greatest effectiveness.

ABOUT MAGGIE

Maggie is a fun-loving encourager, is excited by any creative process, and thoroughly enjoys a good check-off list.

When she was 18 years old, the sadness of her thoughts and the trajectory of her life was forever changed when she said her first YES to Jesus Christ. It took years of work after her salvation to believe in the real power of God’s grace and the wonder of his purposes for her. But from that hard work also came Maggie’s greatest passion … which is to awaken the heart and minds of women to the wildness of God’s love and his exciting purposes for them.

Rich and Maggie have been married 53 years, and have served 50 years as lead pastors in 3 churches and as missionaries in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Puerto Rico. After retiring they moved to Gig Harbor, Washington to be near their children and granddaughters.

Maggie is currently serving as the Ro.12 Gifts mentor with WIML, as a coach for WIML IMMERSION, and along with Rich, as Area Pastors for the Pacific Northwest District.
