WHAT TO EXPECT IN A MENTORING SESSION WITH PASTOR KATIE
Schedule a one-hour mentoring appointment with Katie Gale. With decades of ministry and leadership experience, Katie is here to help you navigate challenges in your life + faith journey and to be a resource for your personal and professional growth. In a one-hour session, you can expect to be encouraged and exhorted while gaining valuable insights and guidance drawn from her varied life experience, including work + ministry, navigating spiritual warfare, practical advice on parenting while working full time, and nurturing a healthy marriage. You are welcome to come prepared with questions or topics to discuss, or you and Katie will discover together what conversation will best serve you on any given call.
ABOUT KATIE
Katie is a former educator with nearly two decades of leadership experience and over 25 years of service in the local church. She is the Director of Staff + Leadership Support for The Foursquare Church and is also a licensed California State Realtor®. She and her husband, Tim, are co-founding members and pastors at The Gathering, a Foursquare Simple Church Network, where they have led and served since 2008. With a passion for effective followership, collaboration, and team mobilization, Katie values the development of support leadership and celebrates the unique + creative contributions of others. She is committed to disciple-making and has a heart for moving people toward personal discovery + holistic flourishing. Katie holds a BA in Sociology/Social Work (with a minor in Theatre Arts) from George Fox University and a Master of Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University. She and Tim have been married for 24 years. They have two young adult children, Madeline and Noah, and special mention to their Jack Chi pup named Oliver. Katie and her family reside in Santa Clarita, California.
