FOCUS: Leadership Rhythms
Pastor Marion likes to refer to Lydia as her "daughter-in-love!" Lydia's message to the cohort is perfectly timed to conclude our online time together and begin a New Year of expanded opportunity. Lydia is holistic in her approach to life and ministry. As we shift our focus toward Summit, Lydia addresses the importance of leadership rhythms. Dr. Marion will close our monthly sessions by sharing the importance of finding a rhythm to live inside your core values that ultimately drive your missional calling statement. She will share why her book Choose Life, which is a core value, drives her calling statement to be a “Credible Voice of Female Leadership.”

Lydia is passionate about leading the people of God into the presence of the Lord through powerful, dynamic, and prophetic praise. She has led worship and preached at conferences and retreats in the United States and abroad for 20 years. With her passion for the Word of God coupled with an honest and humorous flare, Lydia ministers the Word with conviction. Lydia is prophetic, living and leading with a spiritual strategic mindset. Above all, Lydia is passionate and purposeful about building her family.
She and her husband, Scott Ingegneri, served as Lead Pastors of Grace North Church, a multi-site church in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2017, they moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to launch Awaken Ministries International. Awaken Ministries International is a ministry focused on resourcing leaders and individuals for growth and multiplication.
Lydia is a proud mom to four awesome, passionate, busy kids. Dominic, James, and twin girls Kelly Joy & Mia travel with their parents. Lydia and Scott consider ministering as a family to be their greatest joy.
