PREPARING FOR YOU
If you have not already done so, please complete the “Preparing For You” form to help our team better serve you during the Summit.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We have secured Winners’ Camp in Honolulu, HI. This is a camp setting but a comfortable and affordable option for all. Staying at the camp is NOT required. You are welcome to make other accommodation arrangements.

$50 a night, including continental breakfast at the camp and transportation to/from Anchor Church (Summit Location).
Use the booking link to reserve your bed. There is plenty of space for everyone to have lower bunks.
Winners’ Camp is available from 2/16-2/20. We cannot provide accommodation options outside of this window.

AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Each participant is responsible for flights and/or ground transportation. If needed, please plan for your own air travel to/from the Summit. We recommend connecting with your community group to find others who will arrive at the same time as you.
Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
Please fly in by noon on Monday, February 17.
Please fly out Thursday morning, February 20, at the earliest.
For those staying at Winners’ Camp, WIML will provide a shuttle to/from Anchor Church. It is a 30-minute drive.
If staying at Winners’ Camp, you do need to make arrangements to get to/from the airport.
Please plan your transportation to/from Anchor Church if you are at any other location.
LOCAL PARTICIPANTS
If you live in Oahu, you are welcome to stay in your own home. However, we recommend staying at Winners’ Camp or a local hotel so that you can “check out” of your normal routine and give full focus.
WEATHER
It is Hawaii! The weather is amazing. Expect mid to high 70’s! It could also get very warm during the day.
WHAT TO WEAR
JJeans, comfortable and casual clothes are all great. You should bring a sweater or wrap into the meeting spaces. We tend to keep the temperature cool, and dinners will be served outside with heaters. It is also important to plan appropriately for the photoshoot session!
MEALS
We provide dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We also provide lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast is on your own. However, we do have coffee, and we will have yogurt, protein bars, and pastries at the church. Allergies were covered on your “Preparing for you Form.” If you did not inform us, please do so quickly, as the team is preparing now! Gluten-free options are available at all of our meals!
NOTE: The menu is being finalized and will be available on the website just before the summit.
SNACKS
All throughout Summit, you will enjoy an abundance of snacks, coffee, and drinks. While we cannot promise that everything on your snack list from your “Preparing for you Form” will be available, our teams try to get something you put on your list.
PHOTO SHOOT
As a gift to you, we hired a professional photographer to provide you with a headshot for ministry use. Please plan to arrive camera-ready on Tuesday morning, February 18! It is recommended to wear solids or at least not something too busy.
