WIML Cohort Focus + Commitment

• The cohort experience is geared specifically towards women serving in ministry leadership. It is not required that you have ministry credentials or a ministry you are directly overseeing, but the cohort framework works best for those whose perspectives and goals are ministry-focused. Additionally, those in a focused marketplace ministry environment are likely to soar in the cohort.

• Two WIML Cohorts are running simultaneously. The WIML Arizona Cohort and WIML Hawaii Cohort. The Arizona Cohort serves a national and international population. The Hawaii Cohort is a regional cohort designed to serve female leaders leading in the Hawaiian Islands. The cohorts are so named based on the location of the Summit. Please take note that applications for the Hawaii Summit will initially be limited to Hawaiian Island leaders.

• Space is prayerfully and intentionally limited to 40 participants in the WIML Arizona cohort and 24 participants in the WIML Hawaii cohort. An application does not guarantee acceptance but you will hear back from the leadership team shortly after your application is turned in.

• To preserve the format and outcome of the cohort, participants are required to attend ALL monthly Zoom gatherings, coaching sessions, as well as the in-person Summit.

• The monthly Zoom gatherings for both cohorts are 3 hours each on the third Friday of each month.

  • The Arizona time is noon-3 PM.

  • The Hawaii time is 9 AM-noon.

• The culmination of the WIML Cohort experience is a three-day in-person Summit. The Summit location is determined by which group you register for.

• WIML Cohort applications and initial deposit are due June 30th, 2023.
