Scroll below to check out a list of wonderful books recommended by Dr. Marion Ingegneri, a featured speaker, and/or a WIML team member. Since the resources are recommended by a diversity of trusted leaders Dr. Marion Ingegneri and the WIML team also assume the recommendations are as excellent as the team providing the suggested resource. However, it should also be assumed that all resources have not been read by every member of the WIML team.

In WIML, we categorize the recommended books and articles within the framework of the Ministry Leader Quadrant, a pathway of continued leadership growth. Pastor Marion explains the Ministry Leader Quadrant in the Cohort.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP

Quadrant One resources focus on leadership identity, capabilities, and calling. The concepts of Quadrant One also speak to personal responsibility for one's own leadership development pathway.

THEOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP

Quadrant Two resources focus on specific theological conversations important to the leader. The WIML Cohort highlights two specific theological perspectives. First, Spirit-led Leadership is a bedrock of the ministry offered through the WIML Cohort. Second, solid resources on the biblical perspectives authorizing women to lead are important. We believe these are solid foundations for a female leader.

LEADERSHIP HEALTH

Quadrant Three focuses on the important conversations surrounding the leader's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The WIML Cohort opens with the topic of leadership health.

LEADERSHIP SKILL

Quadrant Four asserts that fruitful and excellent leaders are interested in skill development. There are many skills one could and should look into. We suggest two areas of importance for the WIML Cohort. First, we invite you to consider upgrading your skills as a coach and mentor. Second, we invite you to upgrade your skill as a public speaker and a preacher of the Word.
