Please be careful in scheduling flights to arrive in time with consideration of Phoenix traffic. Please also do not schedule flights out earlier than Thursday morning.

If you have not already done so, please complete the “Preparing For You” form to help our team better serve you during the Summit.
Hotel Information
The hotel rate expires on January 13, but you might still be able to book a room at our group rate by calling the hotel directly!
Contact the hotel, as rooms may still be available. We will provide transportation to/from this hotel to the summit venue each morning and evening.

AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for your flights into Phoenix and your rides to and from the airport to the summit location. We recommend connecting with your community group to find others who will arrive at the same time as you.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Please fly in by noon on Monday, February 3.
Please fly out Thursday morning, February 6, at the earliest.
It is a 5-minute drive from Holiday Inn Express and Suites to the Summit location.
Ground transportation to/from the airport and to/from Hope Barn and Garden is your responsibility.
WIML Team will provide shuttle service to/from the hotel and Hope Barn and Garden.
WEATHER
Arizona is generally brisk and beautiful in February. We recommend layers because the weather can be sunny or chilly. Please bring a sweater or jacket for the evenings, as meals will be served outside with heaters. The current forecast is mostly sunny with the warmest temperatures in the day (3 PM - 6 PM) between 70 - 75! But, watch for that 10 o’clock drop as it can get really chilly when the sun goes down!
WHAT TO WEAR
Jeans, comfortable and casual clothes are all great. You should bring a sweater or wrap into the meeting spaces. We tend to keep the temperature cool, and dinners will be served outside with heaters. It is also important to plan appropriately for the photoshoot session!
MEALS
We provide dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We also provide lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast is on your own. However, we do have coffee, and we will have yogurt, protein bars, and pastries at the church. Allergies were covered on your “Preparing for you Form.” If you did not inform us, please do so quickly, as the team is preparing now! Gluten-free options are available at all of our meals!
NOTE: The menu is being finalized and will be available on the website just before the summit.
SNACKS
All throughout Summit, you will enjoy an abundance of snacks, coffee, and drinks. While we cannot promise that everything on your snack list from your “Preparing for you Form” will be available, our teams try to get something you put on your list.
PHOTO SHOOT
As a gift to you, we hired a professional photographer to provide you with a headshot for ministry use. Please plan to arrive camera-ready on Tuesday morning, February 4! It is recommended to wear solids or at least not something too busy.

Join us for a short reception before dinner so that you can meet your triad partner and connect with your community group. The reception is an open format of fellowship with a few pre-dinner appetizers. We also try to conclude our general session at 8:30 PM to allow you to rest from your travel.
